For us at LMCP. An integral part of our operations. We follow the stringent quality standard to ensure our customers get the best. In each shift our quality control experts. Check graphics, colours layouts and fittings etc. for each batch before signoff.

How we manage colours consistency

In each shift for every batch, we follow key steps:

- For colour unit we follow daily checks on colour Strip readings for all devices open shade cards.
- Calibrated digital Proofs are used verifying process colours. This helps us ensure colour consistency of a brand.
- Every shift propers RIP setting plate control strip reading are verified.
- All the press parameter like conductivity temperature are standardized automated.
- Densitometer help in quick measurement of press shift.
